Terms of Service

By accessing or using xdata-fly (available at xdatafly.com, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by an individual developer ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

xdata-fly provides pay-as-you-go HTTP APIs that return structured JSON data. The Amazon product reviews API is currently available (the "API"). A Google Search API is under development and is not yet available for calls; we will announce it on the website when it launches. Access requires a registered account and a funded credit balance.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any data returned by the APIs. Data is retrieved from publicly accessible third-party web sources and may change or become unavailable at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon successful API responses only. Failed calls (invalid parameters, insufficient balance, upstream failures, or parse failures) are not charged.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Credits do not expire.

Prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY). We may also display approximate USD equivalents for reference only. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Use returned data to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications to individuals.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense raw API access credentials to third parties.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any security measure.
• Use the Service to collect personal data in a manner that violates privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

The xdata-fly platform, software, documentation, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Data returned by the APIs originates from publicly accessible third-party sources. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of that data complies with applicable laws, including any copyright, privacy, or terms of service of the originating platforms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that returned data will be accurate or complete. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE NINETY (90) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of the operator's domicile.
